National POLST Collaborative Board
The National POLST Collaborative Board provides guidance regarding the achievement of the NPC mission and vision. This board also fulfills the board governance functions while reporting to our fiscal sponsor, the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum. We elect membership to the board to be reflective of those we serve, including but not limited to diversity in cultural, race, and ethnic representation.
